I didn't think it was possible to make this customer forum worse but you did it. So much wasted space. Too much scrolling. Did I mention all the wasted space? Especially at the top.
Also, I typed in to search for something and it doesn't let you sort by date. Just whatever it deems relevant. I got something from 9 years ago near the top. And it's no longer relevant today.

Honestly, I'm just annoyed that it keeps showing 1 in my inbox, when everything is read.
