When I log in and go to the “system” area under my profile, I get to a page that says:

“About your system

You have 4 products in your system that are not compatible with the new app, Sonos S2. Learn about your options below.”

What are the four products? Play 5 gen2, Boost, One SL, and Playbase. Yes, these are all S2 compatible. 

Why is the web site suddenly crazy?

 

Sounds like a web error of some type. Hopefully someone from Sonos will see this, and refer it to the web developers on Monday, so it can be fixed. 


Maybe an account device display error perhaps? Probably best to contact/chat with the Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see if they can see any issues with your online account.

The attached is an example of what is usually displayed in the online device list if they are S1 products only. Just posted so that you can compare it with what you are seeing next to your listed products on the ‘system’ tab in your online account.


yeah, it doesn’t look like that, just a list of incorrect info. And just now a device I don’t use any more popped in. so it correctly lists a play 5 gen one that I traded in, but has incorrect info for the Gen 2 that I actually use.
