My Roam constantly drops out of my wifi network(it’s a very common issue if you search for it). After reconnecting, it’s not able to play music. I reached out to the CS through online chat, we trouble shooted together for 1 hour. Then I was advised he can’t help me, that I need to talk to someone over the phone. I have been calling SONOS for 2 hours each day, I cannot get through. I even took an early day off work to call them, it’s impossible.

I’m not sure what messages SONOS is trying to send by providing such horrible customer service? Why can’t online chat agent initiate replacement anymore? 

I have wasted 5 hours on this! This is not a pleasant experience at all. 

 

I have many other SONOS products, however, CS like this will make me not ever consider your products again. 

This sucks.

This doesn’t help you, but for the benefit of the lurkers, buying from Sonos should be avoided cause getting any help if something doesn’t work is gonna be really hard. Second, avoid the Roam, it’s not a good product.
