I am not one to normally post on forums but this last update has only impacted my system but I can see, after coming here, that this is not just my issue allow. Like many of you I have heavyly invested in Sonos and guided my friends and family to invest in sonos as well. So not only do I have a system that is not working but a large swath of my friends and family are also calling asking for help with their systems. If you are like me, you are part of the army of Sonos users who have helped Sonos grow through word of mouth.
As such I thought It was important to chime in and add my voice to yours as a user who feels very disappointed in Sonos and embarrassed about how this is impacting those I have recommend Sonos to.
@Sonos fix this and make good by those of us who have invested so much and have championed your brand.
