I have decided to open a dispute through my Visa credit card, because Sonos is not providing the Return Shipping label which they promised to email me after they agreed to accept my Return of a Sonos product I recently purchased.
Sonos sent me the Return Authorization immediately but wrote that I must wait for the Shipping label that will come in a separate email.
I have called Sonos several times and they promise to get me the label within 48 hours, its been 7 days and I have not received it yet.
Therefore I have decided to open a dispute through my Visa credit card company and hopefully Visa can bring some pressure to bear.
If anyone has any suggestions pls get back to me.
