I do not want to pay a monthly fee for Sonos Radio. How about an annual one-time fee of $75.00? I would go for that.

Currently you’re only able to pay monthly if you wish to use Sonos Radio HD, but having more payment options would be a good addition.
I’ll forward this along as feedback to the relevant team for their consideration.
