I’m on the latest revision of Sonos iOS app, 15.9 Build 75146030 -- it’s been inconsistent and very difficult to work with.  I  believe we (Sonos Support and myself) have encountered bugs in how it reaches out to devices, discovers and even in the basic (re)configuration (which can be a royal pain).


What is Sonos’s commitment to fixing this and improving the user experience here?

It's more likely network problems.  If it were an actual bug, the thread here would be hundreds of pages.
