I have a massive Sonos collection and have loved it for years however since the app update half my system has disappeared.  I cannot reconnect it having tried factory resets etc so I thought I would contact customer service.  I’ve now been either trying to call or do the online chat for 4 hours without success have they gone out of business? 
if this is as I suspect an app update issue why don’t they revert to the old, easier to use app and if they must roll out this new trash make sure it works and have a customer service team to sort the issues out!

if anyone at Sonos actually reads these conversations please get it sorted. You are not providing the service I have paid thousands of pounds to use as half my system now won’t work. Legal action may follow to get money back for the products
