I find it really hard to believe how SONOS has been so unhelpful to their customers in regards to their soundbars, they have made their latest soundbars knowing that only a small percentage of TVs in peoples homes will have eARC…..the countless posts on the web regarding these soundbars and not getting the audio output customers are lead to believe they would.

It would have been nice for SONOS to create their own HDMI switch that would have helped resolve this massively, rather than their customers painfully searching online for a HDMI Switch that would do the job.

I’m an installer so I know what is needed, so not a problem for me, I’m writing this post in the hopes maybe SONOS will see it, I have been a SONOS user for 12 years or so.

but recently with their new App, lack of help and selling devices that are seriously misleading to customers.

Shame on you SONOS !
