It is now August 2024. The app is still not working. How can a massive company like Sonos get this so wrong and take so long to fix it. Literally everyone I know hats Sonos now and wants to get rid of their equipment.

Yes, the new app is a shame to the Sonos name. There have however been updates to rectify missing features. If you state what’s wrong with your set up, maybe other users could help.
