How many times do we have to keep repeating this? Give us back the old Sonos S2 app until just time as you can fix this horrendous update. Why is necessary to postpone any further what can be an immediate fix?
It’s incredible how difficult these past few days have been using the Sonos APP.
I own an home automation company, and the whole weekend we’ve been doing service calls for our clients.
Some even want the Sonos removed and want to migrate to another system, I’ve been installing Sonos for almost a decade and this update has been a real issue.
I’m preparing a massive email to all my clients to let them know about this issue because it’s really frustrating for them when they try to use the app that they’ve been using for years to be completely different and not being able to play music over the weekend with their parties.
Please as an avid Sonos user… trust me it’s really counter intuitive.
I even have many upcoming projects with Sonos, please a downgrade would be very useful.
Gosh, After reading this article in the Verge, I believe Sonos CEO Patrick Spence should resign. Apparently he doesn't believe customers don't like the new app and said he hadn't received emails about it... well, lets send him an email: ceo@sonos.com

There have been 2 updates since the new app release, both claim to fix adding new components to your system. Still sitting on 3 new Roams to replace my 2 year old Roams that bricked. Thank goodness I have other speakers working. The new app sucks and Sonos is patting themselves on the back for an awesome update. I have been waiting 2 weeks to add my speakers. I only use the app to add, make the adjustments and then I switch to the Spotify app to play music. Let us downgrade or fix this quick Sonos! I imagine new Sonos customers are returning their speakers in droves!
