This is actually a question for Sonos:
Please please can you bring order to chaos? And restore a ‘normal’ user interface?
I don’t know what kind of user experience testing you have done, but you have
- over complicated the new app and made simple tasks difficult
- made the app counter intuitive
- disconnected yourself from a slightly older audience who are not so techie or experienced with clicking and swiping
I’ve always been a great supporter of Sonos but if I can’t use the app you will loose me (and more important, you will loose my wife)
Please update and simplify the user interface.
