Is it me or have Sonos ruined the whole user experience since the launch of the new app ? I was happily using and recommending Sonos every day…….then the new app can along and has totally trashed my experience. Nothing, literally nothing works as it should any more. My experience is so bad I am thinking about putting my whole £3k system on eBay and buying and old school hifi. More importantly Sonos I am now converted to a negative net promoter and this really should matter to you. Bring back the old software or lose us in droves.
