Does anyone else think the Sonos app is terrible?
seriously was there any UX design done at all!!?? Was user feedback incorporated into the app. I find the whole app to be so unintuitive. For example, I can see my recently played from Apple Music on the main screen but when I select Apple Music under your services it’s not there.
it just seems a very scatter gun approach to app design. Unfortunately I’m stuck with this as the sound quality is better using the app than Airplay which I believe is due to the data loss over airplay.
