I purchased a Sonos Roam SL three weeks ago. I already own 14 products and enjoy their performance. However, I cannot get the Roam to register in the Sonos system. After 6 hours (total or 4 phone calls) and now six emails, all I am being told is the case has been elevated to Level 3. AT&T customer service treats their customers better than this. I am beyond frustrated with Sonos right now. Who can I contact at Sonos who might give a damn-customer service certainly does not!
