Roam Replacement and Support

I have purchased 6 ROAMs over the past couple of years.  3 of them have completely died and not rechargeable.  I was able to speak to customer support before the app change and have had one replaced.  

I am trying to get the other 2 replaced but cannot get through to support.  Wait times over the past few days have been 145 minutes, 75 minutes, 80 minutes, and 60 minutes.  The Live Chat is mostly unavailable.  

The one time I got a live person, they ended the chat mid chat and no I didn’t go idle for 5 minutes.  

The one time I waited 75 minutes and got a person, they disconnected me after 3 minutes of conversation.  

Please let me know when you have time to help me.
