Hi. I need to return a defective five and after many attempts to get hold of Sonos I finally got a return label and note the address is in Poland. Does anybody have any experience returning to Poland? How long does this take? The item was a gift to go with a turntable and I don’t want to be waiting weeks for the replacement. 
 

I’m inclined to just buy another but I’m not sure if Sonos would reimburse me, particularly as the price I bought at is no longer available. 

There are several threads about returns to Poland, none that seem to raise significant issues, but you may want to read them yourself.

To my knowledge, Sonos has no reimbursement policies at all. Whether or not it’s at the ‘previous price’.  But you’d get nich clearer information if you were to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.


Zero point trying to call Sonos support. Tried numerous times and just left on hold forever. Hence coming here. 


I had to return a Playbase some years back. Had the replacement within a couple of days of shipping it - very quick and satisfactory service.
