My wife today tried to return a Sonos product at our nearest ups drop off. She has attached the return label but the guy says she needs a customs declaration/contents declaring. Is he correct? Or just not know his job. The parcel is going to Poland why not the UK. Please help I am 8,000 miles away and she just does not know what to do. If he is correct please send me a link or alternatively how to correct him. Thanks. 

Sorry you're having issues with your return. This is a community help forum for tech issues. You should call Sonos Sales and advise them of the issue. I can say that when shipping internationally a Customs Declaration is required that describes the goods, value and reason for shipping.

Hold on. So returning an item purchased in the uk cannot be returned to the uk. Sonos, sort this out. Why return to Poland? All Sonos say is print off return label.

Shouldn’t matter to you because they are paying return shipping. But good luck, though as their returns process is not great no matter where you live if we are to believe the stream of community post of people having problems getting refunds.

You can post your complaint all over the forum but it won’t resolve your issue. I gave you the path to resolution in my first response. So you have two options which are:

  1. Continue wasting your time in this community 
  2. Call Sonos sales

I think the point is missed here. I am reaching out for help. As I said I am down here in the Falklands and the wife is stuck back in the UK with this issue. 
I would like to think I am not “wasting” my time.
