I am trying to buy a product from the Sonos website, and the pricing changes from the Shop price to the Cart price. WTF, Sonos?

You can’t even make customer purchasing work smoothly?

You guys seriously suck.

 It might be helpful to indicate what item you’re attempting to purchase, so that Sonos could rectify the issue. You could, of course, call their sales line. 


I tried calling. And although the website says they were open today until 4pm EST, when I called at 3:30pm EST the recorded message said the sales dept was closed, and only tech support was open. Well done, Sonos.

Sonos, you guys are terrible at trying to sell direct to customers. Maybe you should stick to selling your products through distributors only.
