Please can you explain why your Sonos S1 products are total rubbish and will not work or connect to a new internet.  I have now calibrated all my speakers against the floor and have now purchased a much superior competitors product.  Will not use your products ever again.

Of course you have.  Every rational person I know takes hundreds to thousands of dollars worth of equipment and calibrates them “against the floor” instead of, I don’t know, selling them?
