I’m not kidding around, this is serious…

I’m taking a poll to see who believes that the software engineers at Sonos who wrote the latest app, need to have their degrees retroactively revoked by the universities from which the graduated. No accredited education institution should be allowed to produce incompetence at this level. Please reply to this poll as a way to let Sonos know that they have really messed up badly. I have thousands of dollars of Sonos gear and cannot believe that a company that makes such good hardware can make such incredibly bad software. let’s send a message and see if Sonos can pull together. 

 Nope. Management needs to answer for this not rank and file employees. 


Management should be retracting the update as soon as the MAJOR issue clearly occurred. Still mystified how I can turn off Bluetooth, wifi and data access - push buttons directly on the speakers and still have music I never asked to play uncontrollably coming out of the speakers. 
Yes it stops after a minute but how is that happening? The update should be retracted - I encountered issues over 24hours ago. I was 30th in chat queue. No chat access today - phone 0800 and over an hour wait time.

This is not just engineers - this is the whole company. Who has emailed the CEO??
