Dears

I was ripped off whilst I was selling 3 Play:1 second hand.
I don’t have any contact details of the guy, but I have the serialnrs of the Play:1

If I file a complaint at the local police, could Sonos disable these PLAY:1 as the are still listed in my system.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team. They’ll create a case, take some details and then ask you to get the police to contact us on your behalf. We’ll need a police case number and a few other things from them and can then assist.
