Hi Sonos,
I have been a loyal customer and strong supporter of your products for many years. Now you are telling me that a number of my products are incompatible with your Sonos S2 and needs to be replaced or moved to a separate system that no longer will be supported. This is a huge disappointment to me and causing me to lose my trust and appreciation of your brand. I’m not expecting you to change your strategy, and I will follow your recommendation and update my system (with a brand that I can trust and admire), but I will for sure NOT spend more money on Sonos and I will STOP promoting Sonos to my friends.
