Anyone else hate the new software update?  I’ve had nothing but issues since the update. I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times. It keeps saying it can’t find my system. Turned the router off and rebooted it and this did not help. I’m beyond frustrated!!!!

I also do not like it at all. The version before would allow for the immediate construction of a queue of songs and their possible deletion on my phone. Now I cannot make a queue at all - it’s horrible.

Horrible!  Someone should get fired over this.  It’s confusing, very slow, and they inject suggestions into my stuff.

 I’m Looking for an alternative to the Sonos system I have had for 10 years.

Awful awful update. Things that were easy before are opaque now, None of my devices at all work now with no real explanation. Ask a silly question, but does Sonos have any actual customer support? 


The new software update is horrible. It is way less user friendly. I have many friends and family that do not like it also. Not sure why you take something that is very good and user friendly and make it worse.


Horrible! It continues to have connection problems across my 2 Sonos S2 amps. It doesn’t find my speakers on demand and connections are often delayed. The volume slider does not respond immediately and clicking the different system speakers to turn off one room in multiple room setup does not work consistently. Go back to old version!

 


The new software is awful. What genius decided thus was a good idea.
