We are Sonos users since many years and since music is an important part of our lives we have it and use it in most rooms. We have been true ambassadors. And heavily invested users. With the new app, Sonos has gone from simplifying our lives making music an easy part of it, to complicating the everyday listening With frustrating malfunctionings and not userfriendly navigations.

There is some information here, and you can see the ongoing release notes here

However, this is a community forum, and not particularly the best way to communicate directly with Sonos. There are forum moderators, who I assume pass on information up the chain, but 99% of the folks reading your concerns are customers, and not Sonos employees. You’d likely be better off if you were to call Sonos Support to discuss your concerns.
