Can anyone recommend someone in the Perth Area of Western Australia who can come to my home and help with me Sonos system. Having problems with is not connecting and fading in and out. Really need someone to come and have a look. I have tried all the online chats and I am getting nowhere and I am running out of patience 🤯

Are any of your players wired to the network? Have there been suggestions to upgrade to S2?

Are there any error messages? Have you made any changes to your network? Which device is running the controller App?

Don’t Factory Reset or follow a demand to upgrade to S2 without further consult.
