Sonos, enough is enough. I quit. Last year wife and I were talking about adding to our system. Not a chance, now. Getting new speakers today. Abandoning Sonos all together, and telling everyone I know to stay far away. Pathetically bad with obviously stubborn management, refusing to acknowledge and fix the problem. Don’t bother sending me one of your canned fixes, I’ve tried them all. Problem is at your end. Good luck and have fun tanking yr business.

Sonos has an entire support page dedicated to the new release, the current fixes, and the planned future fixes.  Do you actually expect them to personally reply to every silly post by every disgruntled bot and/or poster on their user based help forum?
