I used to be able to use Amazon Japan to purchase Sonos products but that option has been scaled back so the choices available are now extremely limited. In fact, they were never able to supply me with an Arc.

I want to purchase an Arc Ultra.

Sorry to you’ve been unable to get an Arc for your system. As you may know, we don’t support Taiwan for shipping, so you have two options for getting a Sonos speaker:

  • Find a retailer than stocks our products and see if they also ship to Taiwan.
  • Place an order on Sonos.com and ship to one of our supported regions and, once it arrives in that region, set up your own shipping to Taiwan.

I had a look around but I couldn’t find any information regarding official resellers, so the above options are the only choices available I can think of. My reply to you might have other users come with their own suggestions, but I hope this information helps.
