Reading the Verge article with the Sonos CEO- he states But the “why now” was because it’s actually much easier to navigate, more responsive, and just a better overall experience, and that is the thing for the 99 percent of customers that you’re never going to hear from as you go through it. 

I have zero idea what he is using this app is clunky, slow, and everything is greyed out. Sometimes after a few minutes the album cover will appear I guess. Can anyone list the ways that this app is easier to use? I would legitimately like to know. I am in the 1% of crazy’s that the CEO thinks are unable to appreciate this work of artistry.
