It is likely that these codes had expiry date that has now passed.
Do you not have a portal to log in for frontline/military workers to obtain the code? If the codes provided there aren’t working, then I’d be contacting the portal’s support for an explanation.
I contacted the portal’s support and they referred me back to Sonos stating it is the retailer that provides the discount. The portal says the codes are good through Dec 2024. I’m guessing the problem is on the Sonos side.
