If a company takes away all the functionality that u use, making all you speakers useless, is that fraud?
I’m beginning to think Sonos is guilty of fraud.

But if they say they are, then what? Here’s what they told me in an email - I’m sure most of us have it…

Absolutely false - other than “completely redesigned” - the rest is utter BS.
