A bit more info might be useful. This is your 6th message saying you hate the app, but never giving any further details. Whatever is causing your problem it is not the app, as the app is only a controller and does not stream anything to your speakers. What is your setup and what Sonos devices are you using?
Maybe be a little constructive and state your network/Sonos setup and how devices are connected, wired, WiFi, SonosNet?… WiFi channels in use/channel-width. Speed of WAN connection and the actual audio source you’re playing?
Otherwise complaining in this user-community is likely not achieving anything that will solve your problem. It’s not even clear if you may have already spoken to Sonos customer support, or what you may have tried/changed already.
Just because other devices work on your network is no indication that you do not have a local network interference issue, at least not without considering many other factors.
(Edit: @Andrew-s beat me to it).
What do you mean by
what is my set up?
I have 5 sonos speakers, that Ive had and managed for years, never had a problem until this last few months and the newest update was installed
The radio is absolutely horrendous
it constantly cuts out every few minutes!
REPEATEDLY says
”welcome to Tune In”
The navigation of the new app is awful too
Im not the best at technology, but certainly not the worst, I use my sonos every single day, and Im now just SO DISAPPOINTED with it!!
Why then have I never had problems with it previously to the update?
Why does the songs on the radio jump and repeat?
For those asking what has changed in the Ops set up I would suggest reading the following, which rather points at substantial changes in the way the Sonos app now works:

Try sonophone ios app £2.99, this uses old app tech and might work better for you till sonos fix things. Creator offers refund if it doesn’t work for you.

That’s good to know that the SonoPhone dev will refund. Another good reason to try this app besides the fact that it works when the Sonos app doesn’t IME.
OP could also use the desktop app if they don’t want to risk the $3 for SonoPhone

Yes there are significant differences in the way the new app works compared to the old app. However stuttering audio would not be caused by the app, as it only starts the process of streaming audio from the Internet to the speaker.
The OP states that they have had their speakers for years. A while back a firmware was pushed that impacted many of the older devices, Connect:amps, Play:1s and the like. It is possible that this is a factor at play here. But while the OP tells us repeatedly that he/she is disappointed, this isn’t going to be enough help to assist in potentially solving the problem. .
