Hi,
It would be nice to have a portal that would allow monitoring and management - such as performing updates, changing settings and checking on any issues for all client accounts. this is available with most AV & network brands used in integration and sonos already have all devices connected to the network (and internet), as a means to provide quick support and remote updates.
In addition, it would be good to be able to provide usage rights to sonos devices in the same installation - i.e. being able to have separate user accounts within the same system and then determining which devices are available to the specific accounts within the same system.
