Feature Request - system Integrator Management Portal

Hi,

It would be nice to have a portal that would allow monitoring and management - such as performing updates, changing settings and checking on any issues for all client accounts. this is available with most AV & network brands used in integration and sonos already have all devices connected to the network (and internet), as a means to provide quick support and remote updates.

In addition, it would be good to be able to provide usage rights to sonos devices in the same installation - i.e. being able to have separate user accounts within the same system and then determining which devices are available to the specific accounts within the same system.

Sonos Pro has a lot of the features you’re looking for.  It sounds more like you are looking to be able to access several completely different non-business accounts though.

Yes, my intention is for residential accounts mainly. Although sonos Pro does seem to meet most of the requirements, it is quite pricey for residential monitoring purposes. Also, most AV and network brands offer this functionality free of charge.
