So many have taken the time to explain their frustration and disappointment with this new app. Many like my self have thousands of dollars invested in this system, a system that is essentially useless without a working app. Our systems had functionality and reliability and without notice it was suddenly removed. Would we tolerate buying a car that suddenly had its functionality diminished wirelessly overnight?
I think the time for complaining has ended and now we need to demand answers and a clear path forward. The Sonos CEO has been silent and today we heard about the “courage” of their innovation! We are at the brink of a class action law suit.
I am not sure how to start a petition, but maybe this thread could serve as such.
!/WE DEMAND A RESPONSE FROM THE CEO. OUR SYSTEMS THAT WE PAID FOR NEED TO HAVE THEIR FUNCTIONALITY RESTORED EITHER BY A QUICK FIX (UNLIKELY) OR AN ABILITY TO DOWNLOAD THE OLD APP.
