Been going on for a month and can't get through to customer service. Always 90 minute wait times. Once it said 45 minutes. Who has time for this? The lack of customer support is so neglectful to their customer.


Unfortunately the wait times are unlikely to get better anytime soon with the new app issues and headphones launch. 


I find that totally unacceptable. I have had other issues with the upgrade and I now have nothing but bad feelings towards Sonos as a company now. But nothing I can do, they got me because I own 6 of their products.
