I've emailed the ceo email twice with a specific question about pocketcasts being broken in the new app.  Each time they have taken days to reply, buit all that came back was the exact same copy and paste email about taking feedback seriously and outlining the update roadmap.  Nothing at all about the content of my email.

Is this everyone else’s experience too?  Why wait days if the response will be the same as an ‘out of office’ auto-responder would do.

This all just adds to the impression of tone-deaf arrogance.  I’m happy to wait for a response, but at least make it nominally relevant.

I certainly hope the CEO is managing the effort to fix this disaster, not laboring over answering individual emails.  One should hope his salary is being spent on actually getting something done, and not giving relatively useless, warm fuzzy "you matter" replies to internet complainers.

I don’t want a ‘you matter ‘ reply, I want information about a specific question.

I also hope you know that no one thinks the ceo actually answers these emails--but they do employ people to respond.  Why publish your email for contact if you aren’t going to facilitate a response.

bezos used to be at jeff@amozon and a whole team of people gave meaningful answers and support.

How do you justify your response?  Why make the email address public if everyone will receive the same response?

same here...they are sticking to their guns
