I created a developer account on 24 October 2024, and the developer dashboard still says “Your registration is being analyzed by our team, please wait.”. There are no other options on the page. It has remained this way since I registered. I created a developer support ticket on 30 October, but there has been no acknowledgement or reply to my ticket. I added more comments asking for a reply to the ticket on 4 Nov and 3 Dec, but there has still been no reply or acknowledgement of the ticket.
Does anyone monitor or reply to developer support tickets? How long am I expected to wait for my registration to be “analyzed”? This seems like an extraordinary amount of time with no response. My company has many clients we’d like to integrate with Sonos but I don’t seem to be able to proceed with anything yet.
