I returned a Sonos Roam in November 2023 to upgrade to a Era 100 instead. My credit card was compromised at the same time, so I had to cancel it. That was my method of payment on the original purchase.

 

Sonos has yet to refund me - It is June 2024… I have requested assitance 6+ times on this and all they say is someone will help me, or talk to my bank… I have even provided new creedit card information twice.

 

I honestly will take a cheque at this point. Awful customer service that is unacceptable from a reputable company. 

 

I am posting this to get some action on this. I am at the point where Sonos needs to go above and beyond my refund to keep me as a consumer.

 

I want my refund!!
