Does Sonos have a customer service dept that will visit your home?
No, they do not.
Many places that sell Sonos direct do have in-home support.
You can find authorized Sonos dealers on their web site. Note that due to the mobile app fiasco, many dealers are pissed at Sonos so may be reluctant to help a customer who did not buy the gear from them.
