Sorry to see such a good company fall by the way ..! Here are my gripes 

     1.no longer any customer service …you can’t get   a    callback .ive rung 5 times now and each time I ring it is  over an hours wait ..(that alone speaks volumes) what working people can wait that long to solve their problem

  1. my older products have been effectively made obsolete ..I purchased a new speaker only to end up losing my connection to my famil room sound system ..but once lose 4. ! 
  2. the new app doesn’t work .
  3. purchased a Sonos 1 to connect to my previous Sonos 1 and now told they are not compatible .. so you can’t add to your system anymore 
  4. These speakers are not cheap ..they are good ..but useless unless the above are fixed 
  5. …would I recommend these products?  I’m actively discouraging family and friends . Sonos  have lost touch with their customer base .
  6. Why would you not work using what customers had and allowed newer products to connect ..?? 
  7. in looking for an app ..there are several apps now exploiting the fact that Sonos can’t connect their old and new products…geeze if nerds on the internet can do it ? Why can’t Sonos ?
