Giving SONOS support access to your computer opens your computer to hacking and hijacking. My CONTACTS list was copied and is now being used by SCAMMERS for scamming all over the world.
Asked SONOS for help but I don’t think they will answer my call.

You obviously called a fake number not associated with Sonos. Never google a support number. Always go directly to the official site and look for it there.
Syria Shane (SONOS) was a very good genuine technical support and fixed my SONOS problem. However, she also copied my CONTACTS list and is using it to scam family & friends world-wide.
Also, Sonos removed all the supplied case numbers from my msg so don’t know if sonos does not want to address this problem.

That wasn’t Sonos support. You may have gotten scammed, but it wasn’t Sonos who did it. Now stop Spamming this forum with these posts.
