Sonos app dropping/freezing

Hi,

I have two play:ones, and use them fairly regularly. But everytime I use it, without exception, the app freezes, loses the speakers or stops working. This has been a nightmare, especially when entertainment guests. Is this common or is there a fix? The app and speakers are always up to date in terms of software. Thanks

May I suggest that if you're looking for help from Sonos, there's a few things that might be useful. First, what device and operating system is the controller that is freezing on? An iPhone? A PC?

It would also be probably helpful to them if you were to, after restarting the app, submit a system diagnostic and post the resulting number here . There would likely be data in it that submission that would help them figure out what is going on on your device, and suggest a fix.
