How can I connect to my mobile router? Currently I just have internet via a mobile minirouter. Subsequently I cannot connect the ethernet cable to the router as advised in the set up on the Sonos app. I’ve tried connecting my Sonos One via the ethernet cable in my apt. and leaving the mobile minirouter close to the speaker. No success. Any advice, please?

You’d have to factory reset the One, reset the app, and set it up afresh on the mobile router. Note that you’d lose any stored settings and Sonos playlists. Also, using a mobile router is not officially supported.
By the way, what does the apartment Ethernet connection do?
