I have just spent the whole after trying to move my fantastic SONOS system to an updated router. It is impossible to add speakers so what was a product have have loved for years has just become useless. 

Having waited 1hr 15mins to speak to the support and then just under 2 hours on the phone to them we managed to connect 2 out of my 5 speakers and apparently its a BT Hub problem yet I managed to reconnect every other WIFI supported device in my house to the new Hub in minutes.

The app on the phone wont not let me add speakers at all!! But when he asked me to the iPad at least we managed to add to but even these just randomly disappear - this is not a wifi HUB issue!!!!

Please SONOS sort this out and don't blame other providers - give me back my FAVE product PLEASE

Thousands of dollars of useless product. I’m ready to join a class action! Sheesh. I’ve waited months. Very frustrating.
