When I first bought Sonos devices a decade ago they worked seamlessly.

I have a very standard BT Mesh on Sky broadband.

Now, Sonos never works. It takes between one and three minutes for all speakers to playback, and some do not at all. Then they randomly drop out.

If I try and control them from the app, nothing happens for several minutes.

You are, quite literally, a joke and a failure.

@IPJ

I‘m sorry that you are running into such problems, but this isn’t a general problem. Yes, some things on network usage may have changed with the new app and firmware, but imo this sometimes now shows several kinds of network issues that already did exist before but weren’t obvious that way.
If you want to get more detailed information about what’s happening on network side with your system, I recommend to send a diagnosis and contact Sonos support team.
