Its now mid august and my sonos app will not play. Have to re authorise apple music anytime i log on. Will not play anything just gives error message?…. Its expensive kit to be this garbage…

The first tip would be to explain the way in which your system isn’t working. Maybe, too, tell us the error message or we might be guessing for a long time.
You say “Its now mid august” as though you’ve had problems for a while, so next tip is ask for help when problems first arise, rather than let your frustration fester.
