The new app is up to date (that said, where do you find the details/app version number??).

I have three PLAY:1 speakers, a BEAM, and an IKEA SYMFONSIK on my network. The BEAM is connected to the router via ethernet.

Here’s a standard task I’m doing.

  1. Add a Spotify playlist to the queue
  2. Add another playlist/album to the queue

In the video attached, apart from taking a while to load everything, when I go to ‘add to end of queue’ or ‘play next’ I get the error “Something went wrong try again”. 

When I go to view the queue I get ‘unable to load’.

 

So, my ask to the SONOS folks and/or advice from the community is…

  1. It’s so slow to load things
  2. Everything seems to end with an error

Any ideas?
