Recently, voice control on my Sonos One for Spotify stopped working. For example, I’ll ask it to play jazz, and Google will respond “playing jazz on Spotify in living room” but nothing plays and Sonos app shows no music in queue. Playing manually from Spotify app and choosing a speaker works.
I have unlinked and relinked all accounts across Sonos, Google, and Spotify. Also reset my Sonos app and factory reset the device. Still not working.
I did test Sonos voice assistant and that DOES work… so it seems it’s something happening with the connection to Google and Alexa.
