Hello,

 

The APPS asks me to lauch an update of the software.

I click ok, and it asks me to log as “the owner of the system. I connect but it continues to ask me to connect as the owner of system who I am...and it runs in a loup

How can I solve this issue? (Sonos

I am having same issue. Open app, requests update and when I try it tells me to log on as owner.

How do I fix it
