I have downloaded the new app and now all of my pinned amazon music now states ‘unable to load content’. For instance, playlists, stations, my music etc

If I click on the Amazon music service icon, there is nothing there either

I have deleted the app and tried again, deleted Amazon music and then re authorised, but no joy

see picture

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it back?

thanks, Ian

Hi @Ian w.,

There was an outage raised with Amazon Music that affected adding accounts, playback, and browsing in the Sonos app when your post was created.

This outage has since been resolved and you’ll be able to play Amazon Music from Sonos again.

I hope this information helps!

Pleas explain to me why it is the same with Amazon Music, YouTube music, Spotify (enable to load)….

but it works on Sonos 2 on my husband phone which I asked him not to update.

test your system. That’s the bare minimum

You guys dropped the sleep timer, and the new App is not intuitive…

Why did you take a good app and screw it up.

I got to wonder if going all in with Sonos was a mistake….

Same here. I can access the services but the music won't play. Issues with Amazon, YouTube, 80s80s radio station… The only work around I found was to use Airplay. This new app just sucks and so the dev.
